Property Manager Service Orders

Past Dated Move Requests
We Energies no longer processes most past-dated move requests using the online Property Manager Order System (PMSO), faxed requests, or e-mailed self-service options.  To place a move order request with a service date occurring more than three days prior to today's date, please call the We Energies Business Center at 800-714-7777.  Business Center consultants are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to assist you.

Start Service Information Requirements

  • Tenant name
  • Former address
  • Move-in date

  • This information helps avoid identity theft and fraud. We will not process applications without this information. If you cannot provide the information, have your tenant call us at 800-242-9137.

    Stop Service
    We no longer accept Tenant Stop Service requests from owners unless a corresponding start service order is requested. Owners with all-year owner agreements may continue to provide tenant stop service requests. In addition, owners may continue to place stop service requests for accounts in their name.
